Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: May 7, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum Theology platform, including the website at quantumtheology.app, the QT Prism application, and all associated content, tools, and subscription services (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by OPNX LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing to any tier, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

01 About the Platform

Quantum Theology (QT) is an intellectual and theological inquiry platform grounded in Hebraic relational ontology, relational coherence theory, and related frameworks developed by OPNX LLC. The Platform provides access to AI-assisted theological dialogue, written content, structured inquiry tools, and subscriber-exclusive resources.

The Platform is not affiliated with any religious denomination, institution, or organized body. Content presented is exploratory and scholarly in nature, and does not constitute pastoral counsel, spiritual direction, or religious instruction in any official capacity.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create a subscription account or access paid tiers. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may access publicly available free-tier content only, with parental or guardian awareness.

03 Subscription Tiers and Access

3.1  Tier Structure

3.2  Query Limits

Each tier is subject to monthly query limits as defined in your subscription plan. Free-tier limits reset monthly and are not cumulative. Paid-tier limits reset on your billing cycle date. We reserve the right to adjust tier limits with reasonable advance notice to subscribers.

3.3  Billing and Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize OPNX LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as stated in Section 3.4.

3.4  Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Refund requests for documented billing errors may be submitted to the contact address in Section 19.

Following cancellation, conversation history and personalized data will be retained for 30 days (Scholar), 60 days (Theologian), or 90 days (Companion) before permanent deletion.

3.5  Lapsed Subscriptions

If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, your account will be downgraded to Explorer-tier access. We will attempt to notify you via the email address on file. Data retention timelines begin from the date of lapse, not the date of explicit cancellation.

04 Acceptable Use

4.1  Intended Use

The Platform is designed for individuals engaged in serious theological inquiry, intellectual exploration, and personal study at the intersection of relational ontology, Hebraic thought, and contemporary frameworks of meaning. Intended uses include:

The Platform is not designed as a devotional tool, a substitute for religious community, or a platform for proselytization.

4.2  Important Distinctions

4.3  Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

05 AI-Assisted Dialogue

5.1  Nature of AI Interactions

The QT Prism dialogue tool is powered by third-party artificial intelligence. Responses are intended to support inquiry and exploration — they do not represent authoritative theological, legal, medical, or professional advice. The AI may produce errors, omissions, or outputs inconsistent with QT frameworks.

5.2  No Substitution for Professional Counsel

Nothing generated through the Platform constitutes pastoral care, psychological counseling, legal advice, or any other form of professional service. If you are experiencing a personal crisis or require professional guidance, please seek qualified human support.

5.3  Conversation History

Conversation history and session data are retained according to your subscription tier. You may export individual responses in PDF format where that feature is available.

06 Intellectual Property

6.1  Platform Content

All original content on the Platform — including written frameworks, theological models, structural diagrams, course materials, and the underlying QT and Relational Coherence Theory intellectual architecture — is the property of OPNX LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. All rights reserved.

6.2  User License

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Platform content for your own study, research, and non-commercial personal inquiry during the term of your subscription. This license does not include the right to republish, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works without prior written permission from OPNX LLC.

6.3  Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant OPNX LLC a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide and improve the Platform services. We do not use your content to train external AI models without your explicit consent.

07 Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described therein. We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing; each operates under its own privacy and security policies.

08 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

8.1  Current Use

The Platform currently uses only essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication, subscription validation, and core functionality. No third-party advertising or behavioral tracking is active at this time.

8.2  Future Analytics and Tracking

We intend to introduce analytics tools to help us understand how users interact with the Platform. When such tools are deployed, this section will be updated and you will be notified in accordance with Section 17.

8.3  Your Choices

You may configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Disabling essential cookies may impair Platform functionality including login and subscription access.

8.4  Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit Do Not Track (DNT) signals. The Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals, but we will revisit this as our tracking infrastructure matures.
